By the introduction of SMS-7060R automatic horizontal molding line from Koyo Japan, the company has developed an annual capacity of 15,000 tons of green sand castings and 7,000 tons of resin sand castings. With more than 400 modern facilities, such as DMU80P boring-milling machine from Germany, Toshiba BTD-110H.R16 and OKUMA600 from Japan, MORI SEIKI NHX10000, DOOSAN HM1250 from Korea, Hass 1600 from the US, vertical machining centers, NC milling machines, digital horizontal boring machines, and so on, the company has achieved a high level of machining ability. Besides, it has formed a perfect inspection system with over 30 advanced inspection devices like spectrum, CMM, etc.
